Refer a Family

Please note we do not accept self referrals and referrals must be made by a registered referral partner. Any professional can become a referral partner, such as teachers, social workers, nurses and health visitors. To make a referral you will need to have a Referral Partner ID and an Organisation ID.  This will have been emailed to you when you registered.

Essentials Support

Families can receive essential resources such as clothing, baby equipment, nappies and other items for their children, up to the age of 10. We can support any family in need but they must be able to collect the items from our Barnet hub in EN5. Families may leave with several bags and will also need to organise their own transport home.

Birthday Club

We also offer a Birthday Club for children whose families may struggle to buy them a birthday gift. We can provide a gift, birthday cake and decorations. We can support any family in need, as long as they are able to collect the items from our Barnet hub in EN5.

Festive Grotto

We are delighted to be offering our festive support again this year. This year it is referral only. You can get a referral from any of these organisations:

  • Your school

  • Your health visitor, nurse, or midwife

  • Your social worker or support worker

  • Your church, mosque, synagogue, or temple

  • Your local food bank

  • Your local Children’s Centre

  • Citizens Advice

The organisation needs to be registered with us.

Once they are registered, they can complete a short application form for Christmas support on your behalf.

Made a Referral?  Book your Appointment...

Please note the referral process is not complete until you have booked an appointment for you or the family to collect the items. Once you have made the referral, please use the link emailed to you to book an appointment. This link can also be found below:
