Information for Referral Partners

Thank you for partnering with Sebby’s Corner to support families in need. This page is here to guide you through the referral process and answer any questions you might have about working with us. Whether you’re looking to register as a Referral Partner, make a referral, or book an appointment, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

We’ve compiled answers to the most common questions about working with Sebby’s Corner as a Referral Partner. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

1. What is a Referral Partner and how do I become one?

We do not accept self referrals and referrals must be made by a registered referral partner. Any professional can become a referral partner, such as teachers, social workers, nurses and health visitors. To become a Referral Partner, please complete our Referral Partner Registration Form. Once approved, you’ll receive an RP code and ORG code that you’ll need to make referrals. The RP code is unique to you and the ORG is unique to your organisation which means you will have the same ORG code as your colleagues. However, for safeguarding reasons we ask please do not share your RP code with any of your colleagues - they need to register themselves if they would like to make referrals. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to contact us at referrals@sebbyscorner.co.uk.
