Become a referral partner

Thank you for partnering with Sebby’s Corner to support families in need. This page is here to guide you through the referral process and answer any questions you might have about working with us.

Sebby’s Corner works in close partnership with frontline professionals who know families best. Our Referral Partners play a vital role in helping babies, children and families access essential items at times of real need.

We are a referral-only charity, working hand-in-hand with schools, health visitors, midwives, social workers, family support workers and community organisations to ensure support reaches the families who need it most.

  • Families received an average of over £400 worth of essential items per referral

  • 3,899 children and 2,323 parents were supported

Our Referral Partners come from every London borough, as well as Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, allowing us to reach families wherever they live.

Who can become a referral partner?

We accept referrals from professionals and organisations who are working directly with families and can assess need, including:

  • Schools and early years settings

  • Health visitors, midwives and medical professionals

  • Social workers and family support teams

  • Charities and community organisations

All referrals must be made by professionals. Families cannot self-refer.

How the referral process works

Becoming a Referral Partner is straightforward, but we do have a clear onboarding process to ensure referrals are accurate, timely and safe.

Step 1: Complete the Registration Form
Start by filling in our Referral Partner Registration Form. This gives us key information about your organisation, role and the families you support.

Step 2: Attend an Onboarding Call
Once we receive your form, you will be invited to book a short onboarding call with the Sebby’s Corner team.
This call is essential and covers:

  • Our services and what families receive

  • Referral criteria and expectations

  • How to complete referrals accurately

  • What happens after a referral is submitted

Please note: you are not registered as a Referral Partner until this call has taken place. Please see the link below to book onto the next available onboarding call.

Step 3: Receive Your RP and DEP Codes
After your onboarding call, you will receive:

  • Your RP code (Referral Partner code - unique to you)

  • Your DEP code (Department code - this will be the same as any colleagues in your department)

These codes confirm that you are fully onboarded and are required to submit referrals. Once you have received them, you can begin referring families to Sebby’s Corner.
